Offering in-person sessions in the Atlanta area and virtual therapy across the states of Georgia and South Carolina.

I provide individual therapy for teens and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also provide support to families and parents, especially those with a loved one experiencing mental health difficulties. I aim to provide a warm and collaborative space for clients to make sense of past wounds, manage present stressors, and work towards long term healing.

Family Therapy

I have the ability to provide family therapy as an add on service to existing clients, or to a unique family system.

Parent Coaching / Caregiver Support

I support parents and families of loved ones of any age (adolescent or adult) who are struggling with their mental health utilizing Emotion Focused Family Therapy.

Telehealth Sessions

Can't make it in to the office? I provide convenient and HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy sessions for clients located in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
